For online purchases of physical goods, you can tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after the day you receive your order, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. You can cancel by email, telephone or a clear written statement.
You pay the direct return postage for a change-of-mind return. Please pack items securely, include your name and order number, and keep proof of posting. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop; we may deduct any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
If an item is faulty, not as described, incorrect or damaged in transit, contact Zale so we can arrange the appropriate refund, repair or replacement. We cover reasonable return postage for these items. This includes damage before dispatch and during delivery; your rights are not restricted to damage discovered before shipping.
For a valid cancellation, we refund the item price and any standard outward delivery charge paid. Any extra cost of premium delivery is not refunded. Refunds are made to the original payment method, without a refund fee, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. Faulty-goods remedies and refund timings follow your statutory rights.
